Villa’s Gated Entry Courtyard

Directly behind the imposing yet inviting street facade, our private and gated entry courtyard can park enough cars for everyone staying over – but it is also an ideal place to greet guests for large events, or to hold the initial stages of longer sequenced events.

The villa’s entry courtyard is sheltered from wind, often partially shaded, and easily accommodates 50+ guests with or without a canopy tent. It features immediate access to a bathroom and counter in the Courtyard Cabina, as well as sheltered serving space & service access via the 2 car garage.

Views include the villa’s facade, lush jungle landscaping, the Courtyard Cabina, the garage, and the driveway gates.
