While this is practical for the people putting on the retreat, it takes away from the experience of the attendees. There is another way to hold a retreat for a far better experience.

Casa de Luz is a luxury villa that is right on the beach of the Pacific Ocean. It can comfortably accommodate up to 24 people in its 8 luxurious bedrooms. There is a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals for the group and a private chef with staff is available for hire. The villa has its own private beach for relaxing and for workshops involving the ocean or sunrise. For a more controlled environment, the pool area serves pool parties, trust building exercises or a comfortable outdoor patio area for lectures.

A small staff is on site periodically to maintain the villa and to answer any questions about the villa or the surrounding area. There is plenty to do in Costa Rica. There is a lot of jungle to explore and fishing tours to take. Additional staff is available for the spa corner area of the villa. You can hire in salon personnel, massage therapists and relaxation specialists.
