Villa’s Spaciousness
The luxury villa’s living area is a big reason it was named House of Light! It features an expansive great room with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows – overlooking the outdoor living room, grand staircase, infinity pool, and the sea. Much of the window wall opens for sea breezes.
The large main living area is over 100 square meters in size, and is preset for 18 diners, with living room seating for 20+ and lots of open space. The great room opens directly to the large outdoor living room and staircase, while the kitchen is immediately accessible with all modern appliances and a serving counter. Immediately outside the dining room is a patio with a large propane grill.
The living area includes a tasteful guest bathroom near the front door. For larger groups, the bath from the South Downstairs Master can also be accessed from the hall by the kitchen, while an additional refrigerator and prep space are available in a utility room off the kitchen.
The luxury villa’s construction is of thick concrete, with long hallways and vestibules, so that the bedroom suites are well sheltered from events in the great room. We can arrange all manner of event accommodations, from wedding/family events to corporate retreat/workshop equipment to something as simple as a chef for the week that makes all your meals amazing.
